Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, then we sincerely apologies for the inconvenience. All items are checked before leaving, however, on occasion mistakes occur. Contact us within 15 days for a full refund/exchange. Take note that oxidization is a natural process and is not considered a fault.

Damaged items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we'll work to find a solution for example an exchange or a full refund.

Incorrect items

In the unlikely event that this occurs, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect the item and delivery of the correct one.

If I don't like the item I have chosen?

As long as you return them within 15 days of receipt, unworn and in the original packaging. Let us know whether you'd like a replacement or a refund. All returns and exchanges must be agreed in advance by contacting us. The original invoice must accompany the returned items. Shipping is non refundable and will be charged to have new item sent. Returns cannot be accepted from outside New Zealand.

Returns for Refunds

Please allow up to 4 days for receipt of goods, plus an extra 4 days for a refund to be credited to your card. You will be notified as soon as your return has been received. Note that, except if the item is faulty or incorrect, shipping is non-refundable.

Warranty

All items are covered by a 6-month Warranty. Items returned would be repaired or replaced and if the item is no longer in stock can be replaced by another item or will be refunded. In this case shipping will be covered by silver online. Warranty only covers Jewellery failing under normal wear and tear and does not cover any other damage (including, but not limited to, wear and tear or misuse). Several manufacturers supply Silveronline, we do not produce our own Jewellery. Some items may no longer be in stock for the duration of the 6 months therefore replacement or refund is considered the sole discretion of Silveronline (we will make every effort to replace). Please note that oxidization is a natural process and is not considered a fault or breakage.

THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS, OTHERWISE THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED AND IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE. RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED FROM OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.


PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information supplied to us will be used only to process your order. We do not share information with any third parties. Your details are stored on our secure server and encrypted whilst in transit. Our system is secure, however we cannot offer a 100% guarantee of security on any information submitted. This is due to the nature of technology and the associated risks. The information that you submit is therefore at your own risk.

By subscribing to our Newsletter or any other promotion you are giving us your permission to send you new product details and special offers. You may cancel your subscription to our news service at any time by requesting to unsubscribe.

NEWSLETTERS

Silveronline sends out newsletters to inform you of new products and specials. Subscription to this is on a voluntary basis and can be canceled via your account menu at any time. Silveronline also provides a system to inform you when your selected item is in stock. Again this system is voluntary, and you will not be sent any emails unless you sign up for it. We handle both of these emails and your privacy is respected at all times.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit silvrronline.co.nz or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications.

TRADEMARKS

Silveronline trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Silveronline, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Silveronline. All other trademarks not owned by Silveronline or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Silveronline or its subsidiaries.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Silveronline and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

NEW ZEALAND APPLICABLE LAW

This contract is deemed to be made in New Zealand and the law of New Zealand, and of no other country, will apply to all issues relating to the contract or arising out of the contract.
