Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of placing it. Within New Zealand, deliveries will be made within 1-2 days of dispatch. Overseas, delivery timeframes vary but are rarely in excess of 7-14 days, depending on location.
Please note that a signature will be required on delivery. For International orders we use the NZ postal service, which will then be handled by the postal service in your country.
DELIVERY CHARGES
• New Zealand - $4 and $3 extra for rural delivery.
• Australian customers - NZD $18.
• British, American and Canadian customers - NZD $25.00.

Rural delivery will incur an extra charge and it must be selected in the checkout process if you live in rural area, to avoid delays with your order.

We try to maintain our website so that only items that are in stock are displayed. Sometimes however, it is not possible that an item you may order will be out of stock. If this happens we will contact you before processing your order.
Please note we do not send our Jewellery to PO Boxes.
All items are fully trackable, you will be issued with a track and trace number when your order is shipped, and is completely insured from the time it leaves us, till the time you receive it.
